Heard on the Market Street – Angela Montez
This story comes to us from Lubbock, Texas. One of our very own was the recipient of a simple act of Ultimate Service and she took the time to send in her thanks. Hear from Cynthia in her own words…
“I am writing to let you all know about one of our super team members. I took my mom to the Sneak Peak event at the Junior League of Lubbock’s Holiday Happening. My mom can’t walk that far so I took her wheelchair and I was trying to manage the food line and my mom and myself Angela from #553 Market Street. 19th and Quaker, stepped in and offered to push Mom so that I could get our food. Angela was so kind and so helpful and definitely went above and beyond. I would love for her to receive recognition for helping us.”
Angela, please know that your efforts and the far-reaching impact you have on our company is noticed and celebrated with heartfelt gratitude and admiration!
Every day, there is a chance that a small act of kindness will make a lasting impression on one of our store guests, vendor partners, fellow team members or random passersby. How lucky are we to work for a company where that kind of people-first attitude is encouraged?
Angela was so kind and so helpful and definitely went above and beyond. I would love for her to receive recognition for helping us.
